Should I be there at the inspection?

You are welcome to attend the home inspection. If you are able to attend, we will happily review the at the end of the inspection. Either way you will receive the report within 24 hours, and you can always call with questions.

How long does a home inspection take?

A typical home inspection will take 2-3 hours depending on size and condition of the home.
